At Konjoun™ we work to give every customer the best possible experience, since we believe this is one of the most important parts of running an online-based company.

Our shipping process can usually be divided into two stages:

Processing time:

Processing time includes order confirmation, product tailoring, product quality inspection, and packaging. Because order volume is currently high, our processing time is 3-5 business days.

Shipping time:

The shipping time is the period your order takes after dispatch until it arrives at your doorstep.

Orders are sent from our international warehouses based on the location closest to your residence. However, if our national warehouse is out of stock, your order will be sent from one of our other warehouses.

Because of the global pandemic, delivery times can vary depending on where in the world you order from and the current condition of freight lines.

Our delivery windows are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, allowing us to provide customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can.

Every order receives a tracking number with live package updates. Tracking details will be sent within 48 - 72 hours.

If 4 days have passed and you still have not received your tracking number, please contact our customer support team at konjounsupersocks@gmail.com :)

NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to shipping constraints. Shipping times do not include clearance/customs delays, as these are outside our control.

Wrong address notice

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is only a very small window to cancel/change your order or update your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at konjounsupersocks@gmail.com as soon as your order is placed. We will do our best to make the change, although we cannot guarantee it will be possible because the available time limits vary.

If it is too late for our team to adjust your order, the only option is to wait and see whether the package is returned to us. If it is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it again to the correct address.

Returns

By placing an order with Konjoun™, you are responsible for the return shipping cost back to us. Please see our return policy page for more information about how to refund your package.

International taxes and duties

Taxes and duties are included in the checkout price, so you do not need to pay any extra cost to cover these fees.
